I make this gnome pointy hats using one of the oldest fiber production technique known to mankind - hand wet felting.
It is made of Spanish merino wool in natural brown color (light beige accents - are linen fibers felted with wool).
It's lightweight and pleasant to wear!
It is shaped and blocked by hand.
The hat is seamless, no stitching, no gluing are used - just pure wool, warm water, olive oil soap and the power of my hands.
It is not only decorative costume hat - you can wear it daily!
Felt is a very durable material. It's windproof and water repellent. It will keep your head warm and cozy but it will never overheat it thanks to amazing thermal properties of the merino wool.
All of my felt-works are made as one-off pieces which is why you can be sure that what you get is a unique and one-of-a-kind piece of exceptional craft. No two are ever the same!
