Majestic hand felted hat with deer antlers and ears.
This unique antler hat was made using one of the oldest fiber production technique - hand wet felting. It was made of white extra fine merino wool inside the hat and alpaca wool on the outside. I have also used wool locks and linen fibers to achieve more natural and interesting look.
This felt hat fits best to head size: from 21 1/4"/54 cm to 22 3/4"/58 cm
It was shaped and blocked by hand - I don't use steam, glue or any other stiffeners or stitching. Just pure wool, warm water, olive oil soap and the power of my hands.
All of my felt-works are made as one-off pieces which is why you can be sure that what you get is a unique and one-of-a-kind piece of exceptional craft. No two are ever the same!

Felt is a very durable material. It's windproof and water repellent. It will keep your head warm and cozy but it will never overheat it thanks to amazing thermal properties of the merino wool.
